2. The template file can be downloaded and filled out.

Tip: The template includes fields for:

• Product title
• Main SKU,
• Weight, height, length, quantity, and price (marked as important)
• Additional information like URL, comments, color, size, variation, product type, expiry date, and platform-specific IDs (e.g., eBay item number, Shopify SKU, FNSKU, ASIN)
• You need to select the appropriate product type ID (e.g., 100 for prototypes, 900 for automotive)

After completing the template, save the file.

3. Click "Select file"

4. Click "Import products"

5. You can also import products from the platform. Select platform you have connected to our system.

6. Click "Import"

7. Order services

8. You order services such as box replacement, removal, disposal, returns etc

9. Add comments for our warehouse to see

10. Click "Order"

11. You can also upload product images and add any additional documents

12. The platform will display the history of the uploaded product, including any errors that occurred during the import process.
