This quick guide will help you navigate The FBA Prep website. You can manage your inventory, create shipments, and track orders. Use the Dashboard to view account information, inbound shipments, and product details. For more detailed information on each section, click on the links provided. For assistance, contact the Help Desk

Dashboard

Upon logging in, you'll be greeted by the Dashboard, your central hub for managing your account and services.

1. General Information

At the top of the Dashboard, find a summary of your account, including active services, outstanding balance, and a quick link to top-up your funds. You can also easily contact us using the message icon, change the website's language, or update your profile information.

2. Main Menu

The Main Menu provides easy access to all our services, including stock management, fulfillment, FBA prep, pallet services, and more. It's designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate.

3. Inbounds Information

This section gives you an overview of all your inbound shipments, including their volume, total received, shipped, and on hold. Detailed information is readily available for a comprehensive understanding of your inbound logistics.

4. Products Information

Stay informed about your products with this section. It displays information on new products expected, current stock levels, and products running low. You'll also find details about any unpaid invoices, including due dates, types, and amounts.

5. Shipments Information

Track your shipments with ease. This section shows the total number of products shipped, new shipments awaiting shipment, completed shipments, and those on hold. You'll also find analytics on costs, shipping times, and other relevant metrics.

6. Warehouse Information

Find details about our warehouses and shipping instructions here. You can select the warehouse you want to ship your products to and access its full address, including your unique TFP account number for accurate allocation.

7. News and Updates

Stay up-to-date with the latest news and announcements from our company in this section.

8. Help Desk

Access comprehensive information and resources to guide you in using our services effectively.

Inbounds

This section allows you to manage your inbound shipments, whether they are containers, pallets, boxes, returns, or removals.

All Inbounds

View a comprehensive list of all your inbound products and their current status. You can also see any warnings or actions required from you. From here, you can create new inbound orders or shipments for existing products.

Add Inbound

Easily add new inbound shipments to our system, ensuring the warehouse is prepared for their arrival. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Select Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where you're shipping your products.
  2. Inbound Type: Specify the type of inbound shipment (container, pallet, box, etc.) to ensure the warehouse is ready to receive it.
  3. Batch Number: Enter the batch number for your shipment.
  4. Weight and Dimensions: Provide accurate weight and dimensions for storage calculation purposes.
  5. Track Number: Enter the tracking number for your shipment.
  6. Courier Name: Specify the courier handling your shipment.
  7. ETA: Provide the estimated time of arrival, so the warehouse can plan accordingly.
  8. Reference: Add a reference for your inbound shipment.
  9. Additional Steps: Changes depending on type see information below.
  10. Save Your Inbound

Additional Steps for Specific Inbound Types:

  • Pallet: Specify the total number of boxes and pallets.

  • Box: Specify the number of identical boxes.
  • Container: Select the container size and package type (palletized or loose boxes).
  • Removal: Provide the Amazon reference for the removal.
  • Return: No additional steps are required.

Save Inbound

You can save your inbound shipment without completing all the details. However, this will create an inbound order with a warning that products need to be added. You can update the order and add products later in the "All Inbounds" section.

All Products

View a list of all your products, their status, and other essential information. You can create shipments for existing products or add new products to your inventory.

Add Products

Add new products to your list by following these steps:

  1. Select Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where the products will arrive.
  2. Add SKU: Add a new SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), choose from saved SKUs, or create a rule for generating SKUs. If you don't have a SKU, provide information that will help us distinguish the product.
  3. Product Title: Enter the product title, which will be reflected on the FNSKU label.
  4. Color, Size, Variation: Provide details about the product's color, size, and variation, if applicable.
  5. Value: Value of the single product.
  6. Quantity: Specify the quantity of the product.
  7. Batch Number: Enter the batch number for the product.
  8. Dimensions: Provide the product's dimensions.
  9. HS Code: If shipping abroad, provide the HS Code (Harmonized System Code).
  10. Expire Date: Enter the product's expiry date, if applicable.
  11. Product URL: Provide a URL to your product page.
  12. Product Type: Specify the type of product (e.g., clothing, electronics, sports equipment).
  13. Preparation Type: Select the required preparation type, such as bubble wrap or poly bagging.
  14. Unit Size: Specify the unit size for preparation (single unit, bundle, small item, large item).
  15. Additional Data: Add any other relevant information about the product.

All Shipments

Access information on active shipments, past shipments, and shipments on hold. You can download reports on shipped and on-hold orders. Click on a shipment ID to view detailed information.

Manual Order

Create manual shipping orders by following these steps:

  1. Select Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where the products are stored.
  2. Shipment Type: Select the type of shipment (D2C, FBA Shipment, Pallet Forwarding, Box Forwarding, B2B Order).
  3. Order ID: Enter your reference Order ID.
  4. Shipping Information: Provide the recipient's name, country, address, email, and phone number.
  5. SKU: Enter the correct SKU for the product you want to ship.
  6. Quantity: Specify the quantity to ship.
  7. Add SKU: Add more SKUs to your shipment, if needed.
  8. Select Courier: Choose from the available courier options.
  9. Add Comments: Add any special instructions or comments for the warehouse.
  10. Create Order: Submit your order.
